Meet Our Team
Ethan Dougan
Owner
Owner & Lead Operator Ethan Dougan founded EMD Contracting, LLC in 2018 and serves as both owner and primary machine operator. Growing up on a family farm, he was running loaders, tractors, and backhoes by the age of five, skills that shaped the work ethic and expertise he’s known for today.
Outside of work, Ethan is a dedicated husband and proud new dad to his son. He and his wife share a love for animals, raising four dogs, a flock of chickens and ducks, a pet turkey, and keeping close to his lifelong passion, cows. The same dedication he pours into his family and farm life carries over into every project, ensuring clients get honest, dependable work.
Ghost
Pawject Supervisor
Ghost officially joined EMD Contracting in 2021, making him our longest-standing employee. This loyal German Shepherd can often be found on job sites, supervising like a foreman, greeting property owners (especially if they’re dog lovers), or negotiating for a midday snack. On cooler days, he’s up for a game of fetch, but when the heat kicks in, Ghost claims the best shady spot under a tree or even beneath an idle excavator. And every now and then, he tries to lend a paw with the digging. Ghost may not run the machines, but he’s an important part of the crew.
Jaden Veneziano
Equipment Operator & Laborer
Jaden is the guy who makes the big machines look easy, whether he’s moving earth, hauling rock, or tackling the hands-on work that keeps each project moving forward. His hard work and reliability make him an important part of the crew.
Outside of work, Jaden enjoys fishing and riding dirt bikes, two hobbies that let him unwind and recharge after a long day.
